Cancellation Policy

Sethji believes in helping its customers, and therefore we have a flexible cancellation policy. The policy includes the following as stated under-

  1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within the same day of placing an order.
  2. The cancel request will not be accepted if the orders have been communicated to the Processing/Delivery and they have initiated the process of shipping.
  3. No cancellations will be entertained for those products that are in offers, or grouped with other products on a discounted price or products that are purchased a week before / during special occasions. These are the limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  4. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice with us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  5. If there are complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been marked as shipped. In case your product has not been shipped, you can contact us for cancellation by emailing us at

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case an order shipping has already been shipped.
